The Inspirational Story Behind AREKA

Over Ten Years of Experience
in Real Estate

It all started a decade ago when Yerucham Ahrman established the well-known brokerage office ‘Yerucham’s Brokerage’: an office that over the years sold hundreds of apartments in Jerusalem.

In parallel, Aharon Goodman wad head of the successful office ‘Kiryah Brokerage’ in Telzstone. Over the years, both became experts in the real estate market, learning how to find the hottest deals – the best and most profitable for their clients.

From there, the two decided to join forces and merge under one company named AREKA. The projects marketed by AREKA are selected through a meticulous strategy regarding specific locations and areas that have the best potential for enhancement and development.

The principle guiding AREKA is being the first to market the most valuable apartments in each project, in the most sought-after neighborhoods. This approach increases the potential for higher profits than any other real estate project you might find. The company has marketed and is currently sellingprojects across the country, in Jerusalem, Beit Shemesh, Kiryat Malachi, Kiryat Gat, Afula, Harish, Netanya, Beer Yaakov, and more.

There have been peak periods where customers who made purchases profited by several hundred thousand ILS, and some even timed it right to gain a profit of over a million ILS (which constitutes a return of hundreds of percent on the equity of the investment).

Yerucham Ahrman, owner of AREKA,
previously owned the famous 'Yerucham's Brokerage':

"

"When we examine an area, we run a price comparison among contractors, and look at the potential development of neighborhoods within the area, in order to find the most valuable deals at the most profitable prices."

Aharon Goodman, partner and owner in AREKA,
formerly owned the renowned 'Kiryah Brokerage':

"

“A good deal for us is in an attractive project in an area with high developmental potential. When we, as professionals, identify a location with potential for development, we direct our clients to make purchases in that area. It's important to know that the area of purchase dramatically affects the profit from the investment.”
