Feedback from our customers

- "We lived in a small, cramped three-room apartment in Jerusalem without a mortgage. We really wanted to move to a larger apartment, but the price gap was daunting; we needed to add between 700-800 thousand ILS with a monthly mortgage repayment of 4,000 ILS. Since we couldn't afford that, we didn't know what to do. We approached AREKA to consult with real estate expert Aharon Goodman. He sat with us, went over all the data, and suggested we postpone selling our apartment for a few years and buy an alternative apartment in a sought-after project scheduled for occupancy in about three years. And so we did. Meanwhile, over the past three years, the value of our apartment increased by several hundred thousand ILS, and simultaneously, the value of the alternative apartment I bought increased by over a million ILS, allowing us to buy a five-room apartment without a mortgage at all, and still have a surplus! So we could invest an additional amount for future profit. Thank you to Yerucham and Aharon for doing an exceptional job!"

"I was set on selling our Jerusalem apartment for 1,350,000 ILS and buying one in Beit Shemesh, but just before signing, I consulted with AREKA. Yerucham Ahrman argued that it was a strategic mistake and not the right time to buy in Beit Shemesh due to rising prices. He advised me to rethink and buy a five-room apartment in Harish for 1,275,000 ILS in a 20/80 presale deal without selling in Jerusalem. This wise counsel was worth all the wealth in the world to me. Now, I am selling the Jerusalem apartment with its value increased by 450,000 ILS, while the property in Harish appreciated by 600,000 ILS, a total value increase of about a million ILS for both apartments. In contrast, a Beit Shemesh apartment would have likely increased by a maximum of 300,000 ILS. Now I have a better option to buy our desired apartment in Beit Shemesh and then sell the Harish apartment tax-free!”

"400,000 ILS in savings is a respectable sum, but with three daughters nearing marriageable age, we knew it wasn't enough. We sought advice from AREKA to maximize our investment. Aharon Goodman suggested investing the amount as a down payment on a penthouse in Harish, in a high-value potential project. Two and a half years later, the project is near completion, and its value has already increased by over 800,000 ILS, doubling our savings and providing a decent amount for our daughters' weddings

"For 16 years we lived in a rental, dreaming of our own apartment but lacking the funds. Two years ago, after much effort, we managed to raise an initial capital of $65,000. We saw a four-room apartment in Jerusalem for 2.2 million, but we had to borrow money for part of the equity and, of course, had no idea how to start repaying a large mortgage. Good friends recommended consulting with Aharon and Yerucham, real estate experts, to explore more feasible ways to leverage our money without accumulating endless debts. Following their advice and a thorough discussion, we decided to buy two tax-free apartments in Harish. One five-room apartment for my mother costing 1.57 million - now worth 2.1 million, and another four-room apartment for 1.3 million, now valued at 1.6 million. Now, thank God, we are not only buying our own apartment, but we also know how to use our money wisely for the next investment. We are full of gratitude to AREKA"
